Policy Memorandum for 1776 Covid-19 Precautions
1. Covid-19 Sanitizing and Protection Stations
a. Covid-19 sanitizing/protection stations will be strategically placed at each event site to maximize patron usage and compliance.
b. Contents of Covid-19 Sanitizing/Protection Station:
i. Masks
ii. Hand Sanitizer
iii. Thermometers to be used for temperature checks
2. Social Distancing
a. Social distancing will be encouraged throughout each event in accordance with local guidelines.
b. The event and stage set up will be such that it will also promote and encourage 6-foot social distancing guidelines.
3. Event Registration
a. Online and in person event registration is encouraged for participants to ensure that patrons acknowledge that they comply with the following:
i. Have you or anyone in your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 21 days: sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath for unknown reasons, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
ii. Have you or anyone in your household been tested for COVID-19?
iii. Have you or anyone in your household traveled in the U.S. in the past 21 days?
iv. Have you or anyone in your household cared for an individual who is in quarantine or is a presumptive positive or has tested positive for COVID-19?
v. Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19?
vi. To the best of your knowledge have you been in close proximity to any individual who tested positive for COVID-19?
